Bob Feller Pitching Award Program

The Bob Feller Pitching Award program was implemented in 2001 by the Bob Feller Museum located in Van Meter, Iowa. The purpose of the annual program is to recognize outstanding Iowa high school seniors who have excelled as baseball pitchers in Class 1A, Class 2A, Class 3A and Class 4A..

The 2009 recipients of this prestigious award are selected using the following criteria:

  • Overall athletic performance
